First FPV Competition

So Dan said there was an FPV race in Knox field held by Melbourne Multirotor Racing Club.  It was being held at Lewis park so I thought I'd make an effort to attend.  I packed my QX-70 and all of my gear in the car and arranged to meet both Jase and Rob there.  Dan might rock up and we could go fly after that.

So I have been watching the Eachine Racer 250s waiting for a discount price on them.  There was a few variations and when I asked which version I should buy Dan said No!  He then linked this:

So Rob has arranged to come over tonight with my birthday present. It has all arrived so I will finally be able to join Leet Drone Club. His birthday was creeping up so I thought I could also pick him up a present.

Well I'm going to meet up with Rob and he will bring his beast along.  I don't have a drone yet, my goggles are on order and I'm aware that Rob has bought me something for my birthday and is waiting for all the parts to arrive.

I got a message from Rob: "Get yourself some goggles so you can use the birthday present I've ordered for you".

After a brief discussion with the boys, I thought I'd get the same FPV goggles as Jase.
