It's a topic that is debated a lot. Can I fly, can't I fly. Where, when, how far away can I be. In FPV i'm not actually LOS so do I need a spotter? Does that spotter have to be beside me or can I have one over the other side of the field. Do I need to be able to communicate with the spotters?
I've seen the sheet that Stew from UAVFutures has laminated in his backpack and found it on the RPAS Training site. I've got that sheet for anyone that needs it or wanted it.
The "cheatsheet" is here on the official site, but I've embedded it below as well. (Just in case it is removed or the link changes in future).
I copied Stew and laminated a copy for my backpack. While it doesn't answer all the questions there are many grey areas around this.
From a privacy point of view the FPV perspective doesn't really allow for a hover and voyeur spy on someone, especially if you're camera is at 45 degrees. Technically you're not watching it LOS though.
Like I said, it's a topic of discussion.....
